aunty elsa's visit

aunty elsa and uncle john came to visit from los angeles for thanksgiving to meet brayden for the first time. he really enjoyed their company and hopes for them to visit us again soon.

brayden is about 12 lbs and 5 oz. he is laughing, giggling, and responding to us with baby noises now. he steals our heart.

He was waking up every 2 hours for feeding. He would cry none stop betweem 6 to 10 pm. We tried everything to calm him down from car rides and puting him in the bathroom and turning on the fan. The swing was a big help too. I'm glad he liked the swing and with that we turn on some soothing music so he can relax and fall asleep.

Baby Brayden Herbert Kin Yun Lau

baby brayden arrived 4 weeks early, August 19, 2009. i woke up bleeding at 2am in the morning and we went straight to kapiolani hospital to see what was wrong. at 12 noon we found out that i had placenta previa from the ultrasound. my obgyn did not want to risk another bleeding and he felt that the baby's lungs were mature enough at 36 weeks so he scheduled a emergency c-section. around 4pm baby brayden was born. his lungs were healthy cause he was crying when he came out. it was the most emotional feeling ever to hear him cry and to see him for the first time. he weighed 4 lbs and 15 ounces, and was 18 3/4 long.

Barry second trip to Omaha, NE for our company's district meeting. The incentive of going to Omaha was to take a side trip to Big Sky, Montana to go snowboarding. He'll even wear a suit and tie when it comes to snowboarding.

Baby Lau Lau

It's a boy! Baby Lau Lau is schedule to arrive September 16, 2009. Barry and I are both excited and can't wait to meet baby. He is very active and constantly kicking.
